MedWorks and St. Francis Occuaptional Health have a free courtesy van service designed to transport your immediate injuries and employees without transportation. Patients can now safely travel in comfort to medical treatment aboard a nicely equipped, six-passenger van.

Who can use the service?

The service will operate on an on-call basis. Free courtesy van service is offered for patient’s immediate injury or for patients without transportation.

What are the hours of operation?

The van service will operate Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. The last scheduled pick-up is at 3pm.

How to Use the van service

Call to request the van service. Due to the high demand for this service, we will accommodate your needs as quickly as possible. The receptionist may momentarily place you on hold. DO NOT HANG UP. The receptionist will relay your request and then advise you where to meet the van and approximate wait time. Every patient is triaged over the phone before pick-up to ensure the patient’s with the most urgent medical needs are picked up first. We return patients in the same order they were picked up.
